Hop Hog – Spicy Passion Sour

This kettle sour is brewed Gose style with a bit of Himalyan Mountain salt, fruited after fermentation with some juicy Passion Fruit puree, and finally spiced up a bit with some fresh ripe red chilies. This one is a Hog’s favorite daily vitamin refrreshment.
