Hop Hog – Left Coast Hop Wave

The West Coast of the US is often called “Left Coast” for two reaons: 1) on a map, it appears on the left side of the country, and 2) the people in these states (California, Washington, Oregon, etc.) are political “leftists” (liberal/progressive). It could be argued that their progressive nature in brewing beer is what led to the worldwide resurgence of hop forward IPA.
